I hope everyone sees the humor in this image. I found this on the door of a restaurant in the San Juan Islands off the Northwest coast of Washington State early this month. I’m not sure the owners were aware of how funny this looks – open daily, except three days of the week! I did a bit of processing in Lightroom to make the letters stand out more. Otherwise, please enjoy a little lightheartedness!

Humorous catch, Mike. I'd be curious to know how long it's been up there and how much longer it will stay. Intentional? Maybe some kind of marketing ploy, to get people to come inside the store to point out the mistake? Posted: 06/14/2022 13:16:55

Thanks! I have to credit my wife for spotting this. We found it at the Brown Bear Bakery in "downtown" East Sound on Orcas Island. We visit there every year for her birthday. Posted: 06/20/2022 10:51:27

What a great choice for a birthday trip. You must have some fond memories of Orcas.
Our daughter worked on Orcas for a while at the State Park there. We visited her on Orcas a few times. She is in Seattle now. Our son is also in Seattle, and every time we visit, he organizes a family weekend on an island. We were just on Guemes in March, at North Beach. Posted: 06/20/2022 11:05:54
