As far as I can recall, this is my first try at entering a phone picture in any kind of project. I was having lunch at a nearby Costco which meant trying one of there famous hot dogs ??“ hence the play on words in the title. A lady was shopping with her best bud and I thought it might make for an interesting image and got her permission to photograph the little guy. I wasn't expecting much inasmuch as I don't have a really top of the line phone (Samsung Galaxy Android). After some fooling around in Photoshop CS5, and removing the parts surrounding the carriage I came up with this final pic. Maybe a bit better than I had hoped for.

Yes that's a cute pup. You did a great job eliminating the shadows and the crop was good. Nice capture of the expression. Looks like he wants you to rescue him from the cart. Posted: 10/14/2024 17:56:24
Very cute. To be picky - I think some saturation in the bow would be nice. The original seems to have more color there. I agree with Al - nice job!

Awww - how cute! I think her face is a bit too bright and so you've lost some of the texture in the fur. But this is awesome for a phone photo. Nice capture. Posted: 10/23/2024 20:35:06
