About the Image(s)

I applied an edited version of a G. O'Keefee Topaz filter to create a softer, dreamy look.

Very nice effect. I like how the filter smooths out the detail. Perhaps cloning out what looks like blades of grass on the right side of the horizon.   Posted: 11/01/2021 17:10:07

Good idea. Thanks.
Those distractions are actually part of the bush below.   Posted: 11/01/2021 23:01:03

Jerry, a great transformation. The landscape now becomes very 'other-worldy.' I use the Georgia O'Keefe filter sometimes, and I know it is easy to go OTT with it. Your treatment is spot on! I wish it were mine, and if it was I would probably treat it as a work-in-progress, by adding strange beasties, and flying creatures. Just a thought!   Posted: 11/11/2021 02:45:52

Thanks for the compliment and suggestion..I don't have experience with composites, but maybe I could add some Indian spirits.   Posted: 11/11/2021 03:06:26

Very interesting.....not sure I like the bright, almost garish yellow tones, but, it does put it into different element. Actually I prefer the original color tones, however, since this is a creative effect one will have to accept it....   Posted: 11/17/2021 16:13:33

I don't know if it is the brightness of the yellow or the filter but it looks blurry to me and I find it difficult to focus.   Posted: 11/29/2021 17:20:38
