I have a growing folder of rose pictures - I thought I would give this one an old-fashioned vibe. After adjusting in Snapseed- I applied filters from Distressed FX to stimulate a forgotten picture in an old trunk.
ISO 100, 180mm, f32, 1 sec.

Hi Harriet, This is an outstanding photo of a rose. You certainly achieved your purpose of making it appear to be a `forgotten photo' Excellent color & depth of field.

The result certainly looks like an old forgotten picture. The treatment you have given the original has worked well.Maybe just a suggestion to get even more of an effect would be to fade or desaturate the colour a bit. Posted: 03/18/2025 13:49:10
