Not…Gonna…Make it!! This is another image taken at a Spartan Games competition (at a different venue from last month’s shot). I wanted to emphasize the isolation of this woman who is clearly in great distress with the crop showing all the space above and below her. I also downplayed the green of the grass and added a vignette for the same reason. After the initial crop I had to add to the lower half of the image, including shaping the ropes into “random” forms using Puppet Warp.
