Joe, there is something "off" with this image. Without a detailed explanation of what this is, I can only assume. . .
First of all, it appears to be a boat resettled on the water (composite).
Secondly it is dropped in dead center.
Lastly, it does not appear to be sharp on my screen.   Posted: 09/10/2021 18:46:41

This is 2 sail boats passing by each other. It was taken from the shore at Beaver Tail Lighthouse in Jamestown RI. I am including another photo after they pass. Maybe what was submitted was cropped to tightly.   Posted: 09/10/2021 19:17:45

Definitely a plus when you can explain the image in more detail. Thanks for responding. Did you join SBCC this year? A stellar group of presenters   Posted: 09/11/2021 05:52:17

No, I will not be a SBCC member this year. Really enjoy the PSA and especially our study group.   Posted: 09/11/2021 07:16:44

The image is not sharp on my screen which makes it difficult to see that there are two overlapping sailboats. Even with the explanation, its hard to pick one out from the other. Is the color balance right - looks very blue on my screen.   Posted: 09/11/2021 12:37:30

After I submitted it I did see differences. Looked great on my 27" screen but now wondering if I need to use software to adjust the screen. Data Software is popular. Any recommendation?   Posted: 09/11/2021 20:25:47

I'm not familiar with Data Software. I use now obsolete Spyder4 Pro, but I'm not up to speed on all the new models.   Posted: 09/12/2021 12:31:04

I prefer the version after they have passed. The first version is confusing and that takes away from the visual impact. I recommend i1Display Plus by XRITE for calibrating your monitor.   Posted: 09/16/2021 11:59:00
