Martha Aguero

My name is Martha Aguero, born in Peru, and have been living in Canada the last 27 years.

I became interested in photography since my 20's, bought my first camera a film one, a Canon-AE1, did a basic course of photography, and love all the process, including the development to a final print, within the dark room, It just felt like magic.

Photography has been a close hobby, a passion, through all my life. However, sometimes periods passed were I was no taking photos, but I always come back to it.

Now in my 60's, with my Spouse and with the CVCC, Cowichan Valley Camera Club, I am enjoying it more than ever, and am still discovering new ways and old ways to be presented.
