About the Image(s)
We were in Badlands National Park in South Dakota early last month. We
got up early to get some morning light raking over the formations. I
enjoyed the oranges, yellows, and reds against the sky, but I also
enjoyed the shapes and textures of the rocks themselves. I processed a
number of them in black and white to draw attention to those elements.
Conversion done in Lightroom Classic using the B&W Orange Filter with
some adjustments in the B&W panel. Dodge and burn done in Photoshop.
Sony A7R IV, Sony 24=105 f/4 lens, 67mm, ISO 100, f/14, 1/20 second.
Shot on a tripod.
