November 2021 - Four Vases Meet

This image of a still life setup was taken in Chicago at an Out of Chicago photo conference in 2018. I used my tripod-mounted Nikon D80 with Tamron 70-300mm lens, and shot at 160mm, f /4.8, 1/80 sec, and ISO 500. In LR I did basic exposure adjustment, and in PS I sharpened and cropped slightly.

Mark, I also love this image. Very well done. I like the reflections the colored bottles give to the white backdrop. I'm with Donna and may try to duplicate :-) for myself. Only thing I see is if the seams of the bottles could have been removed of just turned so they were less noticable. Other than the it's wonderful. Posted: 11/13/2021 10:33:23

Nice composition; wonderful colors. The purple bottle on the left gets soft much to quickly for my tastes. Or, the bottle on the right could get soft, too. Posted: 11/25/2021 09:19:19
