About the Image(s)

I had a series of Tent Pegging pics in my file and I pulled this photo for the group. Here is the way I treated this image to look better.
1) I made a dupe layer 2) Then I extended canvas size(Image/canvas size) for completing the missing back hoof of the horse 3) Then I made a careful selection of the whole horse and the rider then applied feather (shift+F6) 2pt. After that, I made a dupe of the Layer by pressing CTR+J. 4) I selected the lower layer from the Layer Panel. 5) I removed all distractions from the background with Stamp Tool and applied Blur Filter. 6) I selected the Rider layer (Upper Layer) and made a selection of the front right hoof as shown in the picture. 7) For this step, I made a dupe after applying a feather of 1.5pt and set it on the back right hoof, afterward the level was adjusted. 8) Finally, I cropped the picture in a vertical shape.
I hope you understand the way I did and makes sense to all of you.

Not only did you choose a great action image, but your editing made it stand out. Well done.   Posted: 06/17/2021 06:01:47

Very good, the horse and rider stand out as if a light was on them   Posted: 06/22/2021 22:27:56

Yes, your post processing has taken an ordinary image and the new one is much improved. The vertical cropping and adding in part of the horse's hoof was quite well done. I only wish you could have shown what the rider is pointing to.   Posted: 06/23/2021 11:06:33
