The photo was taken in Nadia district of West Bengal, India. The beautiful tiny sunbird was collecting her food. It was taken by my Z9 camera with a Nikon 500mm lens. Shutter speed was 1/4000sec, f/5.6 and ISO was 800.

Technically perfect with lots of details in the feathers and wings. Movement has been eliminated and the bird seems suspended. I find the background is too perfect and reduces the context of the nature story. Posted: 03/20/2025 13:32:02
