I took this photo in 2008, 14 years ago in Guong Zhou on a raining day. I used an old Sony digital camera F707. Set at 1/30, f/2.0. I did very minor adjustment in PS.

It is hard to image that bamboo can grow this tall. The leaning bamboo on the right keeps the eye in the image. Of course the three people walking is what makes this image. Posted: 01/11/2022 12:42:30

Yes! Get out the camera in the rain! Only 2 umbrellas and 3 people adds to the interest. The bending branches make a lovely frame. I love the cool colors! Posted: 01/13/2022 17:20:52
I am curious how old would you guess the bamboo trees are? Interesting contrast between the overall predominance of the color green as opposed to the colors and patterns of the umbrellas? Nice image Tony. Posted: 01/18/2022 17:10:44
I love the bending of the bamboo trees and the muted colors. The three walkers with their umbrellas transforms an interesting image to a great image. Posted: 01/20/2022 13:41:48
