Early morning at Ding Darling before the "effective" sunrise (sun had n to cleared horizon clouds). This image was shot with my Canon R5 and a 400mm lens. The camera settings were ISO 4000, f/stop of 7.1 at 1/1600 second. Basic adjustments in LR Classic, deNoised in Topaz Studio 2 and some local adjustments made in Viveza.

Gary, the tricolor is just skimming the water with the tip of the toes. The image is sharp and the colors are right even though the light was not optimal yet. They do this movement when they are fishing minnows. There is a nice track as well as a reflection in the water. Plenty of space to fly into   Posted: 05/05/2022 17:38:07
