You never seem to provide an image that is anything less than super. This one is also very well done.
The only thing I would have done is gotten rid of the lights on the stage and with a single stroke created the illusion of a stage.   Posted: 05/02/2021 13:21:57

Congratulations on an impactful and original image. The main figures on the 1/3 line is effective. The objects on the floor on the left appear too bright. I think you could add some negative space at the top to centralize the woman a bit more.   Posted: 05/04/2021 14:35:26

A great photo Hung! You have done really well to capture this image during the performance. The lighting is good, it is sharp and the composition is good.
It is a lovely simple image.
The roses lying on the floor are important to the story line.
The rose plays a symbolic role in Romeo & Juliet. It shows there is love and passion in the relationship but there is also a thorn.
My eye is distracted by the roses on the left of the image and so I would clone some from the righthand side over them.
This is your best image yet! Well done   Posted: 05/04/2021 18:33:13

Fascinating! This image tells a story and is intriguing for the viewer. It made me want to see the production! Nicely done. I agree that the roses on the left where distracting from the composition. Replacing them with a clone from the right is perfect.   Posted: 05/05/2021 10:18:07

Hung, I am amazed at how well you photography theatrical productions hand held and in low light. Your lighting on the subjects is beautiful, the colors are outstanding, and the image is sharp. You must have a really steady hand. I do like the crop Martin made. Great image!   Posted: 05/05/2021 19:25:40

Hung, I agree with the others...this is a great image and one you should be very proud to have made such a great capture. I agree with Martin's edits and I would add just a bit of negative space to the top of the image.   Posted: 05/06/2021 15:01:16

I concur and think the woman's head and shoulders should be just above the third line. I used the crop tool with content aware to do this to Martin's edit. I hope you agree Hung but feel free to disagree.   Posted: 05/10/2021 09:32:07

I took this picture on the show in Miller Theatre Houston.I am handicap (both knee replacement) so sometimes I got a good seat no people in front.I love performances by any country(Spanish,Japan,Ballet Dance,Chinese Dances)and I loved to take pictures.Tripod, flash are not allowed.I leaned on arm of chairs firmly .My wife and I are interesting in stage performances.
Thanks for your comments. Please pass my thanks to all members in our group.I am sorry because I don't speak Englis well. Now we are 80 years old.Our pictures sold,we donated to charity.Thanks.   Posted: 05/12/2021 14:59:28

This is a wonderful image that tells a story love and passion. The flowers on the stage add to the story. I agree with others, though, that the large white feature on the stage left is distracting. Cloning it out is beneficial.
Congratulations.   Posted: 05/09/2021 20:04:49
