We visited Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia early April. We enjoyed the food in Alor street. Alor street is situated in Bukit Bintang area in KL. Every tourist should visit Bukit Bintang in KL.

What a busy scene so unfamiliar to us in the US. The image is sharp, colors good, a feeling a depth (good composition). It does not carry quite as much impact as some of your other street scenes but is appealing anyway.   Posted: 05/13/2023 16:50:14

Nice street capture again. From foreground to back.
Which made me look into the camera you are using, Ricoh Gr-lll. I find it gives you the wide latitude results of a iPhone. Crisp and clear. Compact so not to startle subjects, I mean people with a big honking lens.   Posted: 05/17/2023 14:15:13

What a colorful place with lots of photo possibilities. The man wearing the white mask on the right side is walking out of the frame and could be cropped entirely. I wonder why there are not more people sitting and eating? Perhaps the time of day had something to do with this?   Posted: 05/18/2023 08:35:20

This looks like it is an area where you could spend some time working it with your camera. To me it does seem a bit unbalanced with a lot of weight on the right side with all the people on that side. Could you have moved to the right to move the foot traffic more toward the left and kept the shops as the background. Maybe you could have moved to the left to make the mostly empty tables your main subject and the foot traffic your background.   Posted: 05/18/2023 17:40:49

I'm fascinated by your street scenes. The guy in the blue shirt draws you right in and my eye went past him to the stuff in the air. The guy on the right is extraneous but, if you crop him out, you might have to crop a bit on the left just to keep the picture balanced left to right. Nice job!   Posted: 05/24/2023 14:24:06
