Such a great image. Colorful, great impact, good composition. Might consider removing the two white threads which are distracting.   Posted: 06/09/2022 18:43:37

Agree it is a fine capture. Sharp and well composed. I do not see any white threads. Those are the insects antennai.   Posted: 06/14/2022 15:28:30

So much detail and I attribute some of that to the faster shutter speed thanks to the flash. I know you are using a full frame camera so please tell me about how much did you crop in the computer?   Posted: 06/19/2022 17:25:03

I cropped 60% using Topaz Gigapixel AI and adjusted the size in photoshop.   Posted: 06/20/2022 02:16:11

Great detail. I like that it is pretty monochromatic. Yes, would remove the small white spots just to tidy it up. Perfect depth of field for this image.   Posted: 06/19/2022 18:02:10

It looks like the "threads" are reflections in water drops to me but they could be removed anyway. I think it is a great capture and you sharpening method works well. The out of focus leaf might be toned down a little so it would draw less attention.   Posted: 06/20/2022 19:13:23

Good capture!
The patterns and textures of the leaf are appealing and seem to be what my eye goes too.   Posted: 06/21/2022 13:05:42
