Lovely, you even have a baboon with a little one. The composition and the sky color is beautiful. I like how the shape of the tree takes me through the entire image. Very well done.   Posted: 03/10/2023 13:23:19

I've encountered Baboons in Africa and was always amazed how mean they can be and then you see a mother nursing her baby and you wonder how that matches up with their reputation. I'm sure you worked at getting the right settings on this one giving you the ability to capture in camera all of them sharply. I suspect I would have had to try several times to get the right F stop! Nice job and love that the tree draws you into the frame and draws your eyes to each of the Baboons. Very nicely done!   Posted: 03/11/2023 16:04:07

You give me far more credit than is due. Just asked for a stop and got off a quick shot or two. Liked the bare tree with the baboons.   Posted: 03/20/2023 19:03:42

Yes, the right place and the right time. This is a difficult shot to capture with the action, light, and number of Baboons. You did a really good job. It gives a feeling of nature and the surroundings.   Posted: 03/17/2023 13:49:04
