Subject - Infrared: Images for this group are those taken either with a digital camera converted for infrared photography or using the appropriate filters or digital files created from infrared film negatives. We are a group devoted to learning about and improving our Infrared photography. Deions should include details about capture, conversion, filter, post-processing, etc. We are here to learn & share!

The images displayed on this website were created by members of the Photographic Society of America’s (PSA) Digital Dialogue Group #91.   The creators of these images explain how they arrived at the final results by manipulating their photographs in a digital imaging program such as Photoshop.   The images are presented for Group members to study and critique by offering constructive comments on the artistic merit, technical strengths and weaknesses of each image.   In some cases, group members will post a rework of the image to demonstrate their suggestions.

Enjoy your visit to Group #91 and be sure to check back each month for a new set of images.   For best viewing, your monitor should be set to a minimum resolution of 1024 x 768.

All images are the copyright of the individual photographers and none should be copied or used in any form, whatsoever, without the expressed written permission of the photographer.

When submitting monthly images for PSA DD91
-- Make sure that "PSA DD91" is in the subject line and email them to me at photographer67@comcast.net
-- Provide us with the camera and conversion used and the images settings, the white balance used in camera and how you dealt with WB in post-processing, and the post-processing details. We are here to learn, so the more details the better!
-- Current recommended size for your images is 1024 pixels wide by 768 pixels tall and 72 dpi, but not to exceed 1Mb in file size.
-- File size should be in KB not MB. Using Save for Web at maximum or highest will give you an acceptable file size.
-- Images are due the 1st of the month. The deadline is the 10th of the month, but ideally get them submitted earlier
-- Make sure that your image has a title, otherwise I make something up from the description, which is not ideal :-)
-- Send the edited version as the main version
-- Send the SOOC version too
-- Use sharpening after you have resized your original image but before saving for the web.
-- DO NOT use any of the following characters in your file name: !@#$%^&*()+={}[]|<>?/,
