Indeed a tender and beautiful moment. The frame is also good, though I feel needs a bit more sharpness at the face (seems the body is sharp). But like the depth....Background, Foreground and the two beautiful animals engagement. The eyes are focussed somewhere else, which makes me thing what is that they are looking.   Posted: 02/11/2021 20:22:38

Lovely image of a lovely moment between mother and baby. I would perhaps crop it a bit to focus on the animals - from the top just crop the blue, and a bit of the blue on the left of the image as well. But that's only my opinion. Can't wait to see more of your work :)   Posted: 02/12/2021 00:07:04

Nice giraffe picture where you see the mother take care of her calf, I would like the giraffes to be a little sharper, good that the background is blurred.   Posted: 02/15/2021 07:54:41

Thank you for your comments. I'm sure I was caught up in the interaction. I agree processing could have been better. I am still having issues with my computer and Lightroom. I've ordered a new computer since mine is old and can't wait to start processing my images. It's been pretty frustrating.

Very cute image with mother and calf. Were you hand holding when you took the shot? Could explain why the image is a bit off in sharpness. The high sunlight is not helping the image either. I know that just because the sun is high one would not take the photo but a lower angle of the sun would have helped a lot. Still a very cute image.   Posted: 02/15/2021 16:48:06

Excellent nature shot with good interaction between juvenile and parent. Perhaps a smaller aperture for greater depth of field would have improved the focus on the faces and smaller animal. Cropping out the blue sky would remove that distraction.   Posted: 02/26/2021 11:29:19
