"Blue Springs Run, Orange City, Florida." I was drawn to this scene because of it's wild but quiet properties. (Camera date and time is not set properly.)
Canon M50; EF-M15-45mm @ 45mm; 160sec.; f6.3; ISO 40.
Hand held.
Post in LR with standard adjustments. Vignette added to darken edges.

Greetings Chan . . . hope you and your's are well and weathering this crazy period. Very interesting image - I'm struck by the total lack of organization - true chaos.
Leaves me trying to figure out how it got to that state - what's connected to what? Some are dead/barren - others full of healthy green growth - that adds interest. I also get a feeling of longevity . . . like it has taken MANY years for nature to create this morass. And that it will probably be around for a while - continuing to evolve.

Thanks for your comments. Yes, the image is "old Florida." I don't know if it is virgin, or whether it had at one time been cleared and then left to go back to dense overgrowth. It is now part of a State Park. Posted: 12/03/2020 18:24:39
Hi Chan, Love Florida for its diverse collection of plants, from the magnificent Bald Cyprus Trees to the varied green and colored wetland flora, it is a beautiful juxtaposition of different colors and textures that are a photographers delight, and you have captured a fantastic example of what can be found in these parts of the country. Well done!!

Hi Chan - nice photo. I like the composition with the leading lines to guide my eyes. The image is sharp throughout with excellent DOF. Good color management. As someone living in Michigan, this is a very refreshing Florida image! Nice work! Posted: 12/21/2020 11:08:32
