January 2020 - — Cranes and Sands — Spotlight of New Mexico State

About the Image(s)

This video was taken in December while I visited New Mexico State with some friends who love photography like me. We went to Bosque del Apache National Wildlife Refuge & White Sands National Monument. Weather was cold there, not as expected as in southern region of the country.

Video was taken by my smart phone (no gimbal used) and Canon 5D IV with 100-400 lens and tripod. Editing with Lr cc, Pr cc & Ae cc.

Peter, what a fantastic video, absolutely loved it. Your creativity is amazing here. I am in a creative slump right now and since I lost my drone, have not been in the frame of my mind to do videos, your video inspires me to get started again. Thank you!   Posted: 01/08/2020 21:47:18

Peter,

An amazingly beautiful video.

I love the use of stills mixed with the videos and very nice transitions. The slow motion effects worked perfectly.

When zooming in and out on the still images, between 1:03 to 1:16 the images seemed a little out of focus or not as sharp. This probably occurred during the rendering of the video.

Your videos are always so good that I always have a hard time trying to give you advice on what to correct.

Another excellent job.
