About the Image(s)

Taken October 9, 2020 in Chicago as a passenger in the car. We turned a corner and I was able to get one shot off. Taken with a Fuji XT-4, 200mm 2.0 at 200mm, f7.1, iso 160, 1/2000 of a second. I was lucky to have the light, timing, and background, and just enough to get her in completely.

You did well to beable to get such a sharp image while in a car!! Well seen and caught. I like the negative space in front of her and there is just enough detail in the background to put her in a street environment.
Great shot and cannot find anything negative to say this month!!!   Posted: 11/05/2020 10:18:30

Great street shot, Randall! I like the dark, almost black background! We see just enough of the bricks to ground the image! Very well done!   Posted: 11/05/2020 19:01:13

I liked it as soon as I saw the thumbnail. Liked it better when I clicked on it! You do well with the slice of life/street photography stuff. Thats for sure. Agree with Angela . . . well done.   Posted: 11/10/2020 14:54:37

Thanks Brent. I like the way you say "the slice of life/street photography."   Posted: 11/10/2020 16:29:09

What a caption and what a catch :-)
It is a capture of a moment of 'strange realities' of the pandemic. I have gone around with my mobile ofcourse to try and take shots of such scenes. Nice one Randall the way the lady is positioned at the exact intersection of the beige and the black of the wall.   Posted: 11/15/2020 02:54:14
