Like the composition of the image and the height you have taken it from. You cannot see it here but there is a big black border round the image which I felt was too much. Instead of that perhaps just increase the number of pixels in your white keyline to help contain the eye?
If you shoot in RAW is there any more texture you could get on the rocks?
Well done!!   Posted: 03/01/2020 10:44:34

Cheryl, what a place to shoot. I like the framing. I would consider more contrast, and bringing down the highlights on the lighthouse, as I bet you can get some really nice detail. I think it leans a little to the right, and you can straighten that. I like the darker cloud above and to the right of the lighthouse. Nice.   Posted: 03/01/2020 14:58:17

Cheryl, I like that you made this black and white. I think it adds to the dramatic look of the sky and landscape. I, also, like the angle of this shot, which also adds to the drama! Nicely done!   Posted: 03/05/2020 18:45:42

Interesting short of of the lighthouse. The monochrome rendition suits well. I am thinking if a little more contrast would have altered the image that bit more?   Posted: 03/12/2020 21:54:28
