I like the pathway leading line to the tree and the DOF from the variation in the bushes and grasses to the water and the land behind that. Colors are very realistic and I like the way you lightened the trunk of the tree. And the clouds are an outstanding element too.   Posted: 09/09/2020 14:52:06

Beautiful shot. The shadows on the tree and foreground really add to the picture. The positioning of the tree and lake in the scene was well thought-out. I also think the clouds are great in this picture.   Posted: 09/11/2020 20:59:20

Sanford - I really like your composition. Your PP is very well done, making the scene lighter and brighter and more colorful. The dappled lighting in the foreground is well captured.   Posted: 09/12/2020 05:31:13

Very nice image Sanford. Brightening the image made a big difference. The composition is good and the clouds are wonderful.

Simple but strong. How many times do we see images that are too involved and too complex. Everyone has commented enough on the colors, shadows and clouds so I will leave those alone. I like your "construction" of this image Sanford. What you have chosen to take out of your original shot and what you have retained in your final image is great. Not complicated but still a very pleasing image of a small, intimate piece of a landscape.   Posted: 09/20/2020 02:10:00

A very poetic image and well composed. I wonder how it would look if B/W.   Posted: 09/20/2020 06:47:37
