About the Image(s)

Attached the last two images for my arts and crafts project. They are captured while I visited Svaneke, a little town at Bornholm.
I consider to create a new project where I will try to capture images expressing the mood/feeling I had when I captured them, a kind of philosophical approach you can say. Not necessarily this year but soon.

I have enjoyed all the images from this series. I like the concentration on her face and the implied skill set she possesses from the photo.   Posted: 11/08/2019 15:11:52

Jorn - I like both of your images. The one above, in my opinion could use a bit of cropping on the right, and a vignette to bring the viewer's eyes to the girl and glass.   Posted: 11/09/2019 07:06:21

I like the series also. I think the composition is very good, but to me it looks like the girl is soft, and a move to right a bit might have illuminated the table in the background that messes with a focus on her eyes.   Posted: 11/10/2019 10:08:43

This is a fine image Jorn and closes off your project very nicely. All images in the series have been strong and prove very well that communication between photographer and subject/model helps produce great images. In a series like this, the background is very important. It should help to give a sense of location, but not over power the main subject. And you have handled your backgrounds as best you can. A very pleasing collection of images Jorn. I wonder what your plans are for a next one???   Posted: 11/11/2019 04:19:05
