About the Image(s)

It was shoot at Hat Head NSW Australia using a 6 stop ND filter with settings of ISO100 0.8sec and F22. I was trying to slow down the water movement and as you can see the colour version is not did not pop at all.

Hi David,

The B&W version is definitely the best. I like wawes that draw you into the picture. Well composed and great details. My only suggestion is to darken the sky as I feel it takes attention.   Posted: 10/13/2019 23:49:03

You really got the motion of the water with the long shutter speed using the ND filter. For me the middle rock needs a little more room away from the edge of the frame. It would be nice if there were some clouds in the sky but we don't always get what we want. Nice composition.   Posted: 10/17/2019 23:24:47

To me, the colored version show an entirely different
mood than the monochrome version.
The beautiful yellow sky, various colored rocks ( barnacles ?) and different shades of green sea weeds show me life !!!
It surely show that we all have different tastes and there is no right or wrong in whatever we see.
The B&W version is definitely more dramatic.   Posted: 10/24/2019 22:04:48
