About the Image(s)

The picture is of my granddaughter in a coffee shop in Seattle. Zoie likes to dress up in 1930-1940 styles. I took the picture from outside the coffee shop and then cropped like crazy. Initially I thought I had ruined the picture by not paying closer attention to all of the reflections. But they work here. I also have a frustrating habit of forgetting to change the ISO… that happened here. The picture was shot at ISO 1000, 32mm, f/14, 1/40 sec. The fact that it turned out at all is an absolute miracle!

Fantastic image.
I feel it is a perfect crop.
The man [smoker] in the background, made the the image perfect for me.   Posted: 08/12/2018 08:05:00

Great shot, and nice job of making mistakes work out. Nice cropping.   Posted: 08/20/2018 12:29:17

I really like this shot. I agree, the man in the back left really adds to the photos. Some of my best shots are mistakes !!! That's always so rewarding   Posted: 08/26/2018 07:08:39
