About the Image(s)

The photo was taken, in ambient light, at an international competition of body painting, using a Nikon DF SLR, with original 24/120 lens, with a focal length of 120mm, f4.5, 1/125, without a tripod and without flash (exposure correction - 0.5 stop).

From the original photo I made only a few tweaks, mainly using Nikon Capture NX2, for its ability to use the control points, with which I highlighted the brightness of the butterfly and accentuated the saturation of orange and green colors. I then proceeded to cut out the image, to give it a more defined and less dispersive attention center (eyes of the model and butterfly in the foreground).
