About the Image(s)
About the image: Also taken at Blue Cypress lake like the one from Isaac. This is truly an amazing beautifull place with not only many ospreys but beautiful trees that have been broken off by years of storms making perfec nesting places for the ospreys which are now low enough to get great photos including the chicks.

Wow Bruce, what a fabulous expression you captured with such sharp eyes and talons! The light behind its back feathers is very effective as well as the gorgeous uncluttered background colors. On my screen I can see a bit of a spider web in the lower right corner, and I wondered if you might consider removing that.   Posted: 03/04/2023 13:04:36
Marie, Thanks for the comments. You have a good eye for details, I did not see that but it is even more evident in full resolution. Bruce   Posted: 03/04/2023 13:16:06
Great image Bruce. The lighting is soft and the background is nicely blurred. The eyes are very sharp and I like how the birds talons are portrayed in the image. I also noticed the spider web at the bottom which doesn't distract from the main subject but doesn't add anything either. Nice job!   Posted: 03/12/2023 13:25:45
Bruce, this osprey has a mean look probably trying to scare you photographer intruders from the nest with the chicks. It is sharp and the background is nicely handled and non distracting. Your original image of the cypress trees with the nest and the fog in the background and the reflection in the water, gives to it a dreamy look.   Posted: 03/17/2023 16:42:34
Bruce - so envious of you guys aging access relately easily to amazing wildlife locations! I like your camera settings with the slight movement in the wings - but it's the eyes that make it. Lovely shot!
I like more in many ways though the wider shot - just so unique and stunning! Thank you for adding that Bruce!   Posted: 03/19/2023 17:05:13
