About the Image(s)

Taken in Namibia September last year when it was exceptionally dry. These chaps were racing to the waterhole and were going amazingly quickly straight past our game viewer.

Setting - Olympus gear FF equivalent 300mm 1/800 f9 ISO200.

Not a huge amount PP work done - adding texture locally on the elephants only.

Adrian, What a great capture exposure you attained. It didn't need much post processing. I think this is a goal we all need to "shoot" for. The texture you applied just to the elephants, gives them a nice punch.   Posted: 03/05/2020 12:54:58

Adrian, I can feel the vibrations on the ground....
What a great capture of the elephants family lined up and posing for you. your PP brought a lot of light and detail on the skin. Good crop in a panorama like frame.   Posted: 03/05/2020 13:53:15

Turning this into a panoramic gives it a whole different feel and much better one. Great image.   Posted: 03/15/2020 14:44:47

This is such a great catch... It almost seems as if you told them how to line up in order to create an effective composition! Fabulous image!

Wow, the whole family in one image! Your PP and the crop add to the overall effectiveness of this shot. The pano effect from the crop really adds depth and scale. Excellent!   Posted: 03/30/2020 12:13:47

Adrian, You captured a great scene here with every size from large to tiny. My only suggestion is to Crop the top off to eliminate the sky, I know it is a tight fit, but think you could do it. Bruce   Posted: 03/30/2020 15:34:59
