About the Image(s)
This was taken a few days ago at Mather Point of Grand Canyon NP. The wall below the sky is the North Rim. The canyon on the right is the Bright Angel Canyon. The bottom horizontal canyon is the Grand Canyon cut by the Colorado River. The bottom left trail is the Plateau Point Trail accessible via Bright Angel Trail. The image is merged with four horizontal images.

John,
This a beautiful panorama image. You captured beautifully the essential of the place and there is just the right amount of clouds. The image looks so natural and this to me is a plus.
Really well done.
Best wishes

John, at first I thought the top half of the frame was way more detailed and realistic than the bottom. Then I blew up the bottom half and found it had great detail and nice contrast. Very nicely put together also. Do you hike a lot? Nicely done John.   Posted: 03/04/2023 06:22:44
I'm not a heavy hiker.   Posted: 03/05/2023 10:39:27
Well done! I don't see many photographs of the Grand Canyon with snow. As the others have said, everything is sharp and merged nicely. I particularly like the play of light and shadows.   Posted: 03/04/2023 10:10:28

John, this is a breathtaking image!!!   Posted: 03/06/2023 15:44:29
This is a cracker John. The way that the foreground gradually melts into the background is very subtle. You had some very good quality light to work with there and I like the pano approach. I might have been tempted to add a kiss more into the whites of the snow but that's just me. Nice image.   Posted: 03/06/2023 07:10:41
Nothing to add to what others have said. Bravo!   Posted: 03/06/2023 20:15:39
