Pikes Peak State Park, Iowa by Marla Henry

November 2019 - Pikes Peak State Park, Iowa

About the Image(s)

This was taken at Pikes Peak State Park along the Mississippi River in Iowa. It was my first visit there and I can see why it is a popular place to visit. I caught the end of the color change season. Did basic editing and then took it into Luminar to add a filter to bring out more of the colors.

It's so beautiful. Love the scenery and the color tune. The front left hill seems dominate the photo. I prefer to reduce it.

I was thinking the same thing, crop some of the bottom and some on the left also, maybe.
John's crop focuses my eyes on the river and the interesting and flooded trees in it. Nice job, Beautiful
