Passing Morning by Trinda Love

August 2019 - Passing Morning

About the Image(s)

Here is the photo I shot the morning my Mom passed away, June 25th.
It was pretty dark but the top of Mt Rainier caught some light from the soon to be rising sun.

Shot at 200 mm with my Nikon D850 at 1/60 of a second at F-16 with an ISO of 200.

Just an awesome image that will carry the remembrance of your mother. You managed to capture a photo in tough lighting conditions. The bright area near the top of Rainier is a sign of a new day. Nice job.   Posted: 08/11/2019 11:03:54

So sorry for your loss. That is a great shot of Mt Rainier. I have photographed it several times and recognized it right away. I agree with Mike, you should frame this one.   Posted: 08/14/2019 14:18:50

Such a tender and beautiful shot. The snow creates so much texture and the tree silhouettes are a nice lower frame. I think it's a beautiful moment to remember.   Posted: 08/19/2019 18:24:29
