Hi Frans,

I like the energy and detail of the city, everything looks very crisp. The exposure is good with no blown out city lights yet enough shadow detail to see the building faces along the canal. The reflections in the water add a nice touch down the middle of the image. The sky replacement looks natural and complements the scene. Nice job!'

Todd, thank you. You recognize my effort to avoid blown out city light (that normally happened) and also the sky replacement. Unfortunately, I did not submit this image for recent Citi life Salon in Indonesia.   Posted: 02/24/2021 20:53:35

Image presents all the pleasing elements of a busy Japanese urban setting in a compact composition nested around a central canal. The sky replacement appears efficiently done, with realistic cloud reflections on the canal . Nicely done!   Posted: 02/23/2021 07:44:11

Thanks Lamar. Indeed, I have been very careful in replacing the sky. The new Sky Replacement tool in PS is far superior than its competitor.   Posted: 02/24/2021 20:55:33

This is nice. You were able to catch the colors in the sky and the reflections in the canal as well as getting the lights and whites on the buildings and signs just right. Sets the mood for the energetic city it is.   Posted: 02/23/2021 10:34:04
