The eagle is sharp and the eye is especially sharp and clear. I love the feather texture especially in the wings. I like the inclusion of the trees and ground even though they are out of focus as it provides a base for the image. However it would help to darken (burn) the ground layer.   Posted: 08/11/2019 13:45:18

Beautiful bird in flight capture, Geoffrey. The sharpness of the head makes the image. Brightening the bird and darkening the ground would probably accent the bird even more.   Posted: 08/12/2019 13:19:19

Wow, beautiful moment! Such a proud and magnificent bird. I do think Candy's idea of lighten bird and darken ground will enhance this even more. Bravo!   Posted: 08/15/2019 09:43:25

Really nice. This view certainly demonstrate the strength of this bird of prey. Sharp core and slight blur of the wing tips but I do not find this as a significant issue.
The blurred background puts this bird in his environment.
I like it.   Posted: 08/16/2019 07:16:36

Thanks Pierre, It is a problem getting every thing in focus. I did use f11 but the two meter wing span does pose a problem. They are huge magnificent birds. My wife is right into yoga and loved the pose of your creation.   Posted: 08/16/2019 16:36:40
