About the Image(s)

This image was created from my August 2018 image presented in this group. The Cellular Jail at Andaman and Nicobar Islands. Camera - FinePix REAL 3D W3, F-stop - f/5, Shutter speed 1/500, ISO 200. Minor corrections on level and saturation done using photoshop. Auto align with SFM. Finally,I applied glowing edges option in Photoshop to create this image.

The interesting part of this image is all the detail that the glowing edge generates. The image looks real but then again all the exaggerated edges and the dark sky makes it not real.   Posted: 09/10/2019 12:39:46

Nice view, I like the effects. I liked the angles in the original view and still like the effect.   Posted: 09/11/2019 09:13:16

There is lot to this picture. You did a good job with a photo that covers such a large area. The glowing edges show off very nicely.   Posted: 09/14/2019 15:27:38

I love this image. I especially like what the edge detection has done with the shadows. It can be difficult to get edge detection to work in stereo, but this one works well with little distortion. Very good.
Coincidentally, my image in group 21 for this month also uses edge detection.   Posted: 09/15/2019 02:03:10

I do like the view of the building as it does show off its footprint very well. I am sorry but glowing edges does not work well on this and I am certain that the original before the filter would have more impact.   Posted: 09/28/2019 08:23:27
