About the Image(s)

We also went 4 wheeling in the Tillamook State Forest in Oregon. The roads there are rated in difficulty from 1 to 4. This road was a level 3 difficulty. We couldn’t make it over the rocks as it had been raining the mud was real slick. We tried several times, but had to give up. 4 wheeling in Oregon isn’t like badlands and canyons of Utah but it was a challenge here and there -- muddy rocks and snow so deep we dared not continue because we couldn’t see what the road was like. This was taken with my W3.

Those rocks in 3D really add to the rough terrain. It looks like the driver is asking for help. In our Florida State Forests you might see more alligators than 4-wheel vehicles.   Posted: 06/18/2018 16:26:02

Wow! What a rough ride! How did your spine survive??
The image shows a nice 3D story with those huge rocks and the Jeep perched on them. The composition is good and the driver's arm out the window is a nice element which draws in the man on the right.   Posted: 06/18/2018 22:24:41

Good action shot of off-roading. I liked the composition. It was unlucky that the driver's face was covered by the side mirror. To me, the image needs a little more sharpness.   Posted: 06/19/2018 14:34:47

What a great image captured in the wild! Lots of intersecting planes surrounding the subject.   Posted: 06/20/2018 23:03:50

Yes -- the difference between Men and Boys is the price of their toys, and the difference between Fathers and Sons is the son has the best ones.   Posted: 06/21/2018 23:19:20
