About the Image(s)

I cropped the image I changed the Vibrant and burned the lights. I cloned some of the things that I wanted to get rid of.
I shot this at the Cuban National Ballet School. I was lucky and as I was talking to the lady at the front and looking at the painting the teacher walked by me and asked if I would like to sit in on a class and take photos. It was amazing and I had not shot moving images so it was a leaning experience.

Donna, while I like where you are going with this image, but your edits have left some artifacts that draw the viewer's attention from a very nice image that you started with.

The original is a very strong image and the behind the scenes look gives a great look at what is happening. I prefer it to the retouched one.   Posted: 10/01/2020 10:50:34

I like the composition. You have captured the movement very nicely. I also see some areas in the retouching that could use some work. I understand why you choose to crop the image. I do like the open windows on the right side of the photo and I like the motion shown in the dancer to the far right. I hope you don't mind, I played with this a bit.   Posted: 10/10/2020 06:29:52
