About the Image(s)

Canon EOS 6D, f/5.6, 1/200 sec., ISO-200, 95 mm.
This was a shot I did in the living room with 2 soft boxs in the back and one in front. I forgot to make a copy so I lost the original.

Another great paint job. The lighting is good and the background works perfectly. I'd try less processing on her face.   Posted: 03/23/2019 10:45:25

Jim and Dave I did what you told me; is this better?   Posted: 03/25/2019 20:48:37

Very good image. I would like to see you clone out bright "yellow" spot in the background to the left of the model, near the left edge. I find it distracting and competing for attention with the model. Otherwise, I would have said excellent instead of very good.   Posted: 03/25/2019 18:18:56

Let me know if this is better Please. Maybe I should not changed the gold necklace. I think it ties it is better??   Posted: 03/25/2019 20:50:18

Good work, Donna. I prefer the second version, less process at the face and bright yellow spot eliminated.
I find it a very good try to transport a "simple" Studio shot to a new fictious scenary and apreciate this extraordinay effort added to a good iluminated, good makeup and Studio shot with props.   Posted: 03/27/2019 04:18:40

Excellent image Donna. I too prefer your second version. You've toned down some of the distractions in the background that you had in the initial version quite nicely, so this one is definitely a bit stronger.

The whole image looks is more digital art than classic portrait so the porcelain skin treatment gives a look of a "human doll", which fits nicely with the overall look and feel you have created. It works well!   Posted: 03/27/2019 11:24:42
