Second Photo Title: Lady Wing Walker 2 (shows the Lady in another position in the airplane)
The photos show a Lady Wing Walker from Austria flying a Boeing Stearman at the Berlin Air Show. After the Stearman takes off, the Lady climbs out of the cockpit in mid-air and stands on the wing and then secures her body with a rope. The pilot then flies his aerobatic program with her on the wing. The Lady changes position several times during the flight and is between the wings in my second photo.
Camera: EOS 5D MarkIII
Lens: 2.8/70-200mm L IS II + Extender 2x III, focal length 400 mm
Settings: f8.0 1/800 sec ISO 200 The photo is a crop of 50 %.

Hans, I like both of these images and prefer the first one. It must take a lot of courage to do this. I might suggest cropping some of the empty space so you focus on the plane and wing walker more. Bruce Posted: 01/02/2021 17:37:27
There's lots to like about both of your photos. Both are sharp with bright colors, the propeller has just the right amount of blur, the puffy white contrail is great, and the wing walker adds interest.
I think Bruce's cropping suggestion improves the main image.
I like the second image (original) a little better because I think the tilt of the wings adds interest. And I like the lighter blue sky a little better as well. I also think the composition could be improved dramatically if cropped to a vertical. Posted: 01/02/2021 22:53:32

Hi Bruce, I also like your crop better than my photo, but since the original is already a 50% crop, I didn't dare to tighten the crop even more because of the loss of quality. Your crop focuses more on the lady and the plane. Posted: 01/03/2021 02:45:19
Hi Gerry, your composition with vertical cropping looks more exciting and concentrates more on the subject. I feel with you that you have a very good eye, how the image statement is increased. I agree with you that I like the image with your vertical cropping better. Posted: 01/03/2021 02:55:45
