Nice action shots. If you don't care about photo-journalism requirements to not alter images, I suggest you merge the two images. Posted: 09/09/2019 20:07:11
I guess you had to be there at just the right time to get a shot like this. The barrier seems to dominate the photo, so I like the "original" better because the barrier calls attention to the driver jumping the barrier. This image also has better depth-of-focus.
Of course, the strong element of the other photo is the crewman with the fire extinguisher. Cropping some of the barrier and the top bring better attention to the action, but I'm not sure if the additional cropping results in a sharp enough image. Posted: 09/30/2019 12:52:24
