Please tell us if this was the image as taken, or post-processed--if so, with what software and what enhancement? Thanks.   Posted: 06/16/2018 16:55:01

Amazing color with water that looks like it is copper. I would like to have seen the boat a little lower in the image but that, I'm sure, was not an option.   Posted: 06/20/2018 08:47:59

Welcome to the group! This is a great image. I love silhouette boat with the sunshine on the water. I also like the use of color throughout the image.   Posted: 06/20/2018 14:28:29

Manas, welcome to our digital group and happy photographing! Brilliant, shimmering color on the water, with the small waves nicely providing a bottom border for the boat above. Especially impressive that it was not enhanced in post-processing.   Posted: 06/24/2018 12:07:53

Manas welcome and thanks for sharing the first image. The colors look good but looks like there are some artifacts in the file in terms of how it was size or saved as I see banding appearing as arcs in the background.

Compositionally, I would strive to play around more. We find the horizon is mostly center along with a centered subject and a background that doesn't add anything. I would have gotten lower, putting the boat closer to the top of the frame so we see more of that color across the water. Always get the "safe" shot but then look around for alternate ways to get the same shot which might have more impact.   Posted: 06/25/2018 16:49:38

Welcome, An interesting photograph, placing the boat a little more to the left. Hopefully you shot more of this from other angles.   Posted: 06/26/2018 06:38:43
