About the Image(s)
This month I tried my version of close up stacking. Adding a variety of flowers on top of each other was a fun way to pretend to design the perfect flower. I definitely realized how hard it is to mess with mother nature.

If messing with mother nature creates a beautiful image such as this, keep messing with mother nature. This image caught my eye immediately. The colors and the blending merge extremely well. Very well done!   Posted: 10/10/2020 10:26:59

Very well done. I like how the sharpness fades from center to edges.
Stacking is not easy. I have tried it a couple of times with no great success.   Posted: 10/14/2020 18:23:07

Brad, this composite is delicious and very successful! I think you could sell this one!
The colors bring my eyes in and the structure keeps them in the photos. I love your choices.
The red tips are almost menacing and remind me of "Little Shop of Horrors".

This is really excellent, Brad!
I love the colors and the softening of focus. It's beautiful and believable. The tightness of the petals in the center add a touch of tension and mystery - what will this flower develop into in the coming days?
My only suggestion is that you might want to consider decreasing brightness of the green area on the lower left a bit. I think it's the brightest part of the image, and I would much prefer to look at the beautiful flower you invented.   Posted: 10/15/2020 16:59:52
