About the Image(s)

I have no idea what sort of hopper this is but he and his friends like my zinnias.

I processed the final in Snapseed with a few tweaks, a severe crop and the healing brush.

I like your image Dick. you were close! If you did not use the clone tool in Touch/Retouch and only the healing tool, I am very impressed. These little guys will be hiding with the frost coming this week.   Posted: 10/04/2020 06:04:31

Only the healing brush. No frost yet.   Posted: 10/04/2020 06:23:29

Great eye to spot this guy/gal. Your crop nicely brought the viewer up close and personal. I often forget how close I can photograph with my phone camera.   Posted: 10/11/2020 10:49:01

You captured one of the joys of gardening: The insects we attract. Luckily he didn't leap off while you focusing. Like how Snapseed enhanced the orange in its eyes and top of leg and detail in body and legs.   Posted: 10/13/2020 08:39:38

Great capture. The little critter posed for you, stretched out on the leaf. Nice colors, too. I have no clue what kind of bug it is, but it is photogenic. Nice shot.
