This is one great piece of photo art. Congratulations. Your use of apps and making the above work is more than outstanding. You are one great artist. Jerry   Posted: 01/04/2018 09:42:55

The more I look at the image the more I see the story. Shoes off, blank expression of my feet hurt etc. Your textures and back ground works.   Posted: 01/04/2018 11:34:59

This is so creative I don't know where to start my comments. The final result is compelling. I wish I could learn just what app did what to get to the end result. Worth all your hard work it getting there.   Posted: 01/05/2018 15:30:02

I'm presently doing a course with Susan Tuttle and Nicki Fitzgerald in iColorama.
We were supposed to do a line drawing of a naked person but I couldn't do it. I tried to do the line drawing around my Grand daughter ….pretty hopeless. Took me a week to get to this stage!
I did the painting in Procreate on my iPad. when I took it into iColorama I discovered that in some of the "preset" colours you can get some pretty interesting effects, especially in the white highlights.   Posted: 01/05/2018 22:39:22

This image evokes so much emotion. I'm really speechless. It belongs in an art museum. My brain just can't wrap around how creative you are Phill. You are amazing. I hope to meet you some day.   Posted: 01/07/2018 16:27:04

Almost a ghostly image. Very creative. Phillipa, I wouldn't have the patience or skills to create an image like this. You could hang this up in a museum and people would think it was an oil painting!   Posted: 01/07/2018 18:05:16

If someone had asked me if this image could be created by camera phone and its apps I'd say absolutely not and I'm big supporter of camera phones BUT there is no one as creative as Phillipa and you sure do know how to pull together elements and create magic. Speechless. Could see this hanging in museum.   Posted: 01/10/2018 17:06:41

Thank you so much for your comments everyone. I did rather like the result....even though I guy in our club went on a Facebook tirade about it!   Posted: 01/10/2018 17:09:18

Phill, I'm not sure where to start. You already know I like this image and I understand the work that went into creating it. Thank you for posting the original image of your granddaughter, too. That original black and white image is so very good. Her expression says so much to me. What she has in her fingers creates more mystery. The shoes seem oversized for her small frame. There is an untold story here. Love it. You are so creative. The individual who ranted about the finished image is just jealous. It's that plain and simple.   Posted: 01/10/2018 17:41:47
