Our Garden by Lynne Royce

July 2017 - Our Garden

About the Image(s)

OUR GARDEN is one of my favorite places to relax, read, listen to birds and enjoy nature. The hanging nest chair gets prominent place in collage because swinging in this chair, under a shady towering oak tree, is the perfect reward after garden work. The biggest photograph was processed in Painteresque and the rest in Snapseed. Take lots of photos of garden every year to remember what worked and what didn't. Easy to do while work in garden as camera phone always with me. The mannequin, which grandkids painted and dressed, welcomes visitors on garden entrance path.

Wonderful collage but more important your beautiful garden. That is a lot of work and love. Thanks so much for sharing. I am in high admiration for your skills both in photography and your garden design and organization. Wow! Jerry   Posted: 07/03/2017 12:59:39

What a magnificent garden! That must take quite a bit of looking after.....but you have lots of places to just sit and admire it! I am quite envious!   Posted: 07/06/2017 22:30:39

Thanks for sharing your wonderful garden. A true sanctuary to sit and relax while watching the birds, bees and butterflies. I love the colors and your camera perspective to show it off. Beautiful collage.   Posted: 07/10/2017 14:00:28

Lovely idea and collage. Well executed. What app do you use to assemble the images?   Posted: 07/10/2017 21:27:46

Thanks for garden compliments everyone. It is a lot of work but it's like wallpapering you get and see immediate results. Sol, I use the same PIP app for collages as you used to illustrate your photograph. When open PIP app will immediately see a group of options of what want to use the app for. Just click on collage symbol. Then pick up to 10 images and app will give you about 2 dozen different configurations for making a collage. I am assuming the PIP Apple version offers the same options as my Android version.   Posted: 07/19/2017 07:14:58
