About the Image(s)

Taken at 1/60sec at f/4.5, ISO 800 at 50 mm. The lady was taken in the street in April. The colour version supplied is a copy of the original raw file. I cloned our the distractions in the background and also reflections in her glasses. I then changed the shades of her lipstick and glasses so they matched. Only after converting to mono did I decide to clone out some of her chest. I also lengthened her face slightly.

Excellent portrait with very effective corrections/additions on your part. Your editing made it a much sleeker, "cleaner" image. You have wonderful details and her skin is so smooth. You have a good eye for interesting portraits and wonderful editing techniques. I'm envious!   Posted: 08/14/2019 09:41:46

Very well done monochrome. Its a winner. Color version is not near as good as mono.   Posted: 08/14/2019 13:58:11

Absolutely well done. Enter it in an exhibition.   Posted: 08/14/2019 18:34:59

Nice portrait, you did a great job on the retouching, especially in the chest area, my only suggestion would be that the skin looks a little to smooth, almost plastic, I would suggest a little more detail in the skin, otherwise a really good portrait.   Posted: 08/26/2019 21:32:57

Like what you did with the portrait. I agree the original chest area didn't add much   Posted: 08/31/2019 13:28:54
