About the Image(s)

Camera: Olympus EM-D 10 Mark III using 14-40mm @ 14mm F5.6 1/1250sec
Edited in Photoshop to adjust color, tone, etc etc using Lee Varis' 10 Channel Process. Added birds with Studio Magic II. Sky and clouds are real. Finalized in Lightroom to crop, sharpen and add some clarity, etc.
Should have seen me wondering around the cornfield with a broken foot in a support boot.

Well-done as usual and I like it better with the birds. I'm glad you did not get trapped in the cornfield with your broken foot. Have you ever tried actually shooting pictures with birds in them or do you always just add them?   Posted: 08/11/2019 19:54:53

I have. But birds are not exactly cooperative in being where I want them at the right time. :)   Posted: 08/12/2019 14:34:10

I totally agree, having tried to get good images with birds.   Posted: 08/12/2019 15:34:58

That is cool to be able to add the birds. I do like it better with them. I would have probably moved them more left and cropped out some of the right. I love your depth of field and how really sharp the corn ears are. Hope your foot gets well soon.   Posted: 08/12/2019 12:46:29

Thought about cropping it, but I sort of liked the semi-pano look. If anything I may crop a bit off the bottom to give it even more a pano feel.   Posted: 08/12/2019 14:35:25
