I think you found your calling as a bird photographer. Another great shot! The interaction between the two blue herons and their wing positions really make this image. I can't think of any suggestions on how to improve it. Question: Did you use a burst mode when shooting this image or a single-shot mode?   Posted: 05/08/2022 17:22:24

For this, burst mode, quick 3 shots, pulse, then another round, found that most effective. Thanks   Posted: 05/11/2022 20:27:39

Your bird photos have been excellent! You stopped the action well and caught the moment. Great details and clarity. I wouldn't change a thing! This would be a winner.   Posted: 05/11/2022 20:28:43

Are you sure this wasn't a conflict between two birds or a moment in a mating ritual?! Hand-holding and getting this quality is impressive.   Posted: 05/18/2022 22:05:35

Wow! Very impressive bird image. I can't decide where the bird on the left is standing but it's probably still in the air. You caught these two herons at a very interactive moment. Good exposure, good focus, and it tells a story! Well done!   Posted: 05/24/2022 22:57:14

It is amazing image and you have just caught a magnificent and exciting moment. They are opening their wing and facing each other giving a very beautiful interaction!
