Taken in Halifax harbor in 2016. Taken in RAW at f8, 1/80 sec., 38mm. Adjusted while in RAW using contrast, shadow reduction, increased blank point, clarity adjusted and used luminance to eliminate noise. After converting to JPEG, sharpened and converted to B&W.

I really like the peaceful, solitary feel of this image. You did a nice job with the fog and with the depth of field. The ship in front is very sharp and the others drop off nicely. The only minor suggestion I have is to crop a little off the top or bottom to move the horizon a little more off-center. Nice job!   Posted: 06/11/2018 11:27:35

I also like the mood that you created in this photo. The B&W conversion very much adds to the morning fog feeling in the photo. I like the empty space at the top of the photo because it draws me into it and challenges me to envision what might be beyond the fog.   Posted: 06/27/2018 10:54:25
